accepts payments via Paypal. You may pay
with a Paypal account or a credit card.
We can also send you an invoice which
you an pay with a credit card without
having to have a paypal account.
We
usually ship within 24-72 hours of your
order. Sometimes order processing will
take longer due to fraudulent
transactions, which must be verified
carefully.
We will ship your order via USPS within
the USA. First class mail takes 3-6
business days depending on location.
Canadian and International orders are
accepted. The shipping fee will be
calculated at checkout. Orders to Canada
over $50 will be shipped via Priority
Mail (which includes tracking). All
International orders are shipped via
Priority Mail. |
Returns & Exchanges

wants your satisfaction. If you are not
happy with your item, you may return it
to our home office in Canada. You must
contact us within 7 days of receiving
your item. We will evaluate the
return/exchange and if the return can be
accepted, we will provide you with a RMA
number and the return address. For your
protection, you should send the item
with tracking and insurance.
All return or exchange items MUST be in
the original packaging with all of the
original tags intact. If not, we cannot
accept the return/exchange.
Sorry, for hygienic reasons, we
cannot accept returns on earrings.
